"Antique Radio" by Hiroshi Iwahara

A Masterpiece of Nostalgia

Originally designed for a KCG exhibition centered around the theme "Nostalgic," the Antique Radio is a testament to the emotional power of woodworking. Iwahara-san invites you to step back into a bygone era, replacing modern technology with the warmth and intrigue of traditional mechanical art.

Refined and Upgraded Mechanics

This September 2024 model is a highly sought-after reproduced and refined version. True to his dedication to perfection, the craftsman altered the dial colors and strategically repositioned them. This crucial mechanical upgrade ensures that the hidden locks disengage and open with breathtaking smoothness.

A Dual Secret Inside

The elegant interplay between deep walnut and light magnolia wood conceals more than just a single mystery. Successfully navigating the dials and panels of this radio will grant you access to two completely separate hidden storage compartments, adding an extra layer of complexity to the puzzle.
